The Best of Jacques Vallee UFO Researcher
Jacques Vallée is a computer scientist, venture capitalist, and a UAP/UFO researcher. He is creator of many books together with passport to Magonia, The Invisible University, Messengers of Deception, Dimensions, Revelations, Confrontations, Forbidden Science (in 4 volumes), Stratagem, and (co-authored with Paola Harris) Trinity: The Best Kept Secret.
Here he describes his investigation, with Paola Harris, of a preceding unknown alien craft crash that happened shortly after, and within the vicinity of the first actual atomic explosion in 1945 in New Mexico. The craft was seen by witnesses for ten days even as the military worked to construct a path to carry the object in a heavy truck, and haul it away.
Within recent years have the witnesses been willing to describe what they noticed. Vallée gives his historic context for this specific event and additionally sheds light on exceedingly high level classified government efforts to understand the artifacts retrieved from UFO retrievals. In line with Vallée, he sighted an alien craft over his Pontoise home on May of 1955.
Several years later in 1961, whilst operating on the French Space committee, Vallée claims to have witnessed the destruction of monitoring tapes of an unknown object orbiting the earth. The craft was a retrograde satellite a satellite orbiting the earth in the contrary course to the earth's rotation. At the time he found this, there were no rockets effective enough to launch this kind of satellite into space.
And so the crew became quite excited as they assumed that the earth's gravity had captured a natural satellite (asteroid). He claims that an unnamed person erased the tape. These events contributed to Vallée's lifelong quest into the UFO phenomenon. Vallée began to correspond with Aime Michel (who could come to be a key mentor and studies collaborator) in 1958. Further more Within the mid-1960s, like many other unidentified flying object researchers, Vallée first attempted to validate the famous extraterrestrial hypothesis (or ETH).
