Transparent Cabin UFO Sighting: Engineer Describes Strange Man Inside Craft 1979

Date: December 1979 Time: 2:00 a.m.

The witness, Viktor, an engineer at a local plant was working the night shift and had step outside in order to relieve himself when he suddenly saw a strange aircraft or UFO flying in the air from west to east not far from the buildings. The craft had small wings, a cabin and remotely looked like a “model airplane”. 

The UFO was very low over the ground and at a distance of about 25meters from the witness. To Viktor’s amazement he saw a strange “man” standing inside the transparent cabin of the strange aircraft. 

The “man” was about 1.75m to 1.8m in height, thin, with an elongated face and dressed in a dark-green iridescent suit which seemed to change tints. Viktor could not see any additional details. The UFO then stopped and began hovering opposite the witness. 

Both Viktor and the “strange man” inside the object stared at each other, for about 5-10minutes. And then the object continued its flight, quickly disappearing into the darkness. Viktor then returned to the building where his colleague was working on a machine tool. 

When Viktor approached the machine tool and stood near its motor, it began to malfunction, skipping and slipping.

Viktor then took several steps back and the machine returned to normal but every time he approached the machine it would malfunction (!). The next day during daytime, Viktor suddenly heard a “U-u-u-u” droning sound inside his head. 

The next moment he saw a screen before his eyes. On that screen Viktor saw the image of a “man” or humanoid entity, standing near a device which remotely resembled a telescope. The entity wore a dark green iridescent suit, with what appeared to be a necktie. 

Then a “portrait” of the entity appeared, the humanoid had a pear-shaped head, almost hairless, a broad nose, large brown eyes, which were kind, and stared benevolently at the witness. Then the image of outer space appeared before Viktor, which was saturated by thousands of stars. 

Viktor understood that the aliens were showing him the constellation from where they had come from. Not knowing much about astronomy Viktor could not identify the constellation or galaxy. Moments later Viktor heard the droning sound again and everything disappeared.
