Why Ingo Swann Remote Viewed the FAR SIDE of the MOON & a UFO in Alaska?

A Richard Dolan TV Series File: 8/01/21

Richard reveals how a government remote viewing program was attempting to spy on extraterrestrials. The star of the CIA's remote viewing program, Ingo Swann, was recruited by a covert operative by the name of Mr. Axelrod. Richard explains Ingo Swann's incredible ability of high accuracy when remote viewing targets and when asked to view specific locations where extraterrestrials may have hidden underground bases, Ingo found himself in an undesirable situation.

The latest in ghost Swan an exceptional remote viewer employed by

the CIA. He once claimed that extraterrestrials have been using our

planet as a neighborhood supermarket. Confronted by a government

agent known as Axelrod he was taken to a specific location

where he experienced something that left him terrified. One of the

craziest most fascinating stories in all of UFO history is probably

that of Mr. Axelrod.

Like who was this guy? The story comes from Ingo

Swan and I have to say I was lucky to meet him. Swan spend some time with him many years ago to talk about this he had the chance to write about it.

Why Ingo Swann Remote Viewed the FAR SIDE of the MOON & a UFO in Alaska?

A Richard Dolan TV Series File: 8/01/21

Ingo swan is the father of modern remote viewing he himself coined

the phrase remote viewing back in the 1970s. When scientists like

Hal put off and Russell Targ were developing protocols initially for

the CIA and then later for the military to work with what they called

psychic spies remote viewers.

There are people who psychically would be able to tell them what are the Russians doing here and where's that submarine were located. Also what are the insides of this embassy over here and so forth and that's what they were doing and Ingo was one of the top remote viewers.

The CIA had a very interesting guy I have to say I really enjoyed my opportunity to meet him but his story of Mr. Axelrod now even now like you got to wonder what was this all about so here we go back in the mid-1970s 1975.

Swan had been working for the remote viewing program for a couple of years by then and he was already kind of a legend. He had already become known for remote viewing features of the planet Jupiter that no one knew about yet including the existence of a planetary ring this was before our first satellite reached Jupiter. it was kind of an amazing thing you know Jupiter's ring is very very very thin

very small but it's there it's real but until the mid-1970s no one suspected that Jupiter had a ring it just wasn't believed at all.

Ingo Swan walked into Hal Pudov's office one day and said I'm bored of looking for

soviet submarines let's do something interesting and they decided he would

remote view Jupiter. During this time he wrote 13 data points about the Planet Jupiter one of which included the existence of a planetary ring. Also there were

12 other data points and in fact if I'm not mistaken the other 11 of the

remaining 12 have also been confirmed.

We're talking elements of the atmosphere magnetic properties and so on about the planet apparently he got them all right one is still yet to be confirmed from what I understand. So word of this incredible remote viewing achievement got out within the classified world and info by this point was getting very used to having all of these people calling him paying him money to do remote viewing for them all these different classified agencies not a bad gig right easy money.

So in 1975 he's living in New York city he gets a phone call from a colleague of his or her associate in Washington DC who says hey in the next few days or weeks you're going to get a very unusual phone call and from this particular office and I suggest very strongly that when this call comes in you take it take the assignment.

So Ingo Swan says fine okay whatever kind of forgets about it a few weeks later he gets a call late at night from the office of a Mr. Axelrod and he is being requested to be in Washington DC the next day at noon.

In in the Smithsonian institute in front of a big elephant that they had

there at the time he's in New York but he can take a train and he says I'll do it. So the next morning he's on the train down in DC. waiting at the Smithsonian. It's crowded he's standing around in front of the elephant and two identical looking men approach him he described them throughout as the twins they had a very efficient demeanor and they almost never spoke when they came up to him they had little hand-written cute cards.

Mr. Swann he says yes without saying aurora they took his wrist and looked for a tattoo that they knew existed to confirm his identity and then giving him more cue cards they instructed him to come out with them where they got him into the back of a car. He is in between these two twins with more cue cards they say we're really sorry to have to do this but we need to uh cover your eyes so that you don't see where we're going.

So now they either blindfold him or put a bag over his head something like that he's not happy about any of this but he agrees to it. They drive for a certain period of time he gets into a helicopter they go for a certain period of time land and get out.

They then enter a building he's still blindfolded they go into an elevator they go down way way down very far down. The elevator door opens the blindfold comes off he's standing in front of a man who says hello Ingo I'm Axelrod. At this point they shake hands he introduces himself and by way of saying that he worked for a very secret operation secret organization.

The twins those military guys looked identical they worked for him and Axelrod essentially explains he says look if you work for me for one week I'll pay you fifteen hundred dollars which in 1975 was pretty good money indeed if you just do a series of remote viewing tests for me. And that's all that I'm asking from you and Ingo Swan agrees to this.

One of the first things that Axelrod asks Ingo is what do you know about the moon and now Ingo says well I don't know not too much. I know it's up there in the sky and that's about it. Axelrod says okay well how about you remote view certain coordinates for me latitude longitude coordinates of the moon.

Now it so happens that with the type of remote viewing known as

coordinate remote viewing or CRV believe it or not if you're not familiar with this kind of thing this is something remote viewers can do. Like it doesn't make any sense whatsoever but you can give a remote viewer a sealed envelope with latitude longitude coordinates exact.

And if they're good they'll know what's at those coordinates they will describe the object in question there. Why would latitude and longitude correspond to a psychics reading of anything whatsoever but this is something that they discovered early on in the remote viewing program in fact this was one of Ingo's contributions.

So ingo is now given these latitude longitude coordinates and at one point he begins seeing structures on the moon he starts seeing uh very artificial looking things there. Then he starts detecting beings on the moon when he begins describing these beings he then says I think that they're perceiving me as well.

The Axelrod says come away from there very quickly. Ingo says is this a base on the moon is this something that we have on the moon? Axelrod doesn't really give him an exact answer. So he spends a week with Axelrod doing a variety of tests and particularly writing a very detailed report for him on the pros and cons of using remote viewing. At the end of that meeting he says goodbye he gets paid and he has sporadic encounters with this Axelrod figure over the next few years.

During the next occasion Ingo is in the city of Los Angeles he's visiting friends he's investigating the whole UFO phenomenon at this point he's very interested. I think the connection to Axelrod probably triggered this engagement of his in this UFO subject. Ingo is in Los Angeles getting ready to get together with some friends for the evening to talk about this very subject of UFOs.

While he's in the supermarket he describes seeing an absolutely stunning beautiful woman who is wearing very revealing clothing's the way he describes it and he is drawn to her he gets close enough to her and gets this feeling of absolute horror and terror inside him because he somehow knows that this woman is not human.

He knows somehow that she's an alien of some sort and as he has this insight he looks up and in one of the aisles of his door he sees the two twins. They are watching him watching her they motion for him somehow to get away from her.

Shortly after this he has a phone call from Axelrod who is acting as though Ingo did something wrong like what are you doing going up to this woman and so forth. What it looks like to me is that this whole thing was a setup for Ingo Swann to see whether he would get any kind of sense from this woman.

Whatsoever I think it was a task that Axelrod is talking with him as if this whole thing was an accident he wasn't supposed to meet this woman and so forth and then he says by the way it's a very good thing that you did not interact with her we consider her very dangerous. Okay essentially telling Ingo that yes your senses were exactly right about her.

There are ongoing interactions that Ingo had with Axelrod through the next few years. During the late 1970s Axelrod was very interested in when Ingo Swan achieved a remote viewing accuracy rate of 65% he said this over and over he said when you achieve an accuracy rate 65%. I want you to tell me and you can do this by leaving a note on the desk of your office at Stanford research institute and I will then know.

How Axelrod was able to get into the Stanford research institute is something that no one's really ever been able to figure out because no one knows who this guy is. But the day came when Ingo did achieve a 65% rate of success which is quite good even for a good remote viewer. Next thing he knows Axelrod is appearing to

him at the Stanford research institute one day on a Friday as they're getting ready for a weekend and he sees Axelrod walk very quietly into the men's bathroom in the building.

This is a crazy thing because you don't just walk into SRI. It's a secure facility and to get into the men's room according to Ingo you needed a special key as well. But anyway Axelrod's in there Ingo breaks off from the people that he's talking with and goes into the men's room and he is there.

Axelrod who says hey I need you for this weekend we've got work to do I'm going to take you somewhere and how would you like to see an actual UFO and angel's. Ingo says yes I'd love to see an actual UFO. So they go and the twins are there they end up flying in an aircraft and again he's blindfolded the whole way they fly for something like five hours it's a long flight they landed in this forested area in a plane that looked like a very very nice looking Leer type jet.

Yet they land without lights which you really have to think that's quite bizarre. The impression that Axelrod gave is that yes well this is a very advanced aircraft that looks like a Learjet. So they land they go deep they trek for several more hours into these woods Ingo ended up believing that they were in Alaska.

They get to a certain area where there's a lake and Axelrod says we're just going to wait here and I want you to observe. They wait for a long enough period of time and and I'll never forget Ingo Swan describing this to me personally. He says it was kind of an amazing thing there was a weather phenomenon above the lake that turned into these clouds they're purplish and different colors. He then sees what now becomes a triangular craft from within these clouds.

And he sees that this craft begins to start sucking the water out of the lake like a waterfall it was an incredible sight apparently just the water going straight up. At some point this craft began shining beams of light down in the ground all around the area including all around them and some of the plants. According to Ingo started to either be destroyed or explode or go into flames or something like that.

And at that moment one of the twins said they know we're here. He grabbed me by the shoulder and lifted me straight up the next thing you know they're all running through the woods. Ingo described this to me he was a smoker of cigars and cigarettes he was an artist he wasn't an athlete he wasn't designed for running fast through the woods he didn't enjoy that experience at all.

He's running he fell he banged his knee on a stone or on a stump or something was definitely unhappy they kept running until he was absolutely out of breath and they're behind a big tree panting. And after they all calm down Axelrod says well did you get any impression of that craft. Ingo's response was something like are you out of your mind I nearly pissed myself but he thought about it and in retrospect he did have a sense of what this craft was about.

His explanation to Axelrod is that yeah I think earth is just their supermarket you know they they're like oh let's go get some water from earth let's go get some genetic material we'll go get some people or some animals or whatever that was his sense. Earth is their place where they like to get stuff that was about as much as he could tell Axelrod about. That as far as Ingo was concerned he went back and forth at the time when he was thinking about all of this as to what Axelrod was.

Axelrod an actual deep black budget a human operation or was Axelrod an ET? In any case the theory that this could be a non-human operation of human looking beings doing counterintelligence surveillance on humans like that's one of the interesting theories about what the mysterious Mr. Axelrod was. Maybe we'll get to the bottom of this one day but what we've got in the meantime is a heck of a story from the late great Ingo Swann.

Ingol Swan offered his insight that the UFO craft he experienced was a drone of some kind unmanned uncontrolled from somewhere else. Axelrod asked him what was it doing there to which Swan replied well for Christ's sake it was thirsty taking on water. Obviously someone somewhere needs water so I suppose they just come and get it. You don't need to be a psychic to see that.
