This is a UFO Encounter recording of an Other-Worldly event that occurred on July 24th, 1991. Two friends who were late evening fishing saw something that challenges regular clarifications. This witness account film is a raw cut without any titles, illustrations, or advances. 

It will be re-taken sometime in the not too distant future to address minor specialized issues. Extra meetings will follow as well as returning to the area of the UFO Encounter. This UFO Encounter interview has a two part video.
