The New York Titicus Reservoir UFO Incident 1955

The Titicus Reservoir UFO Incident had occurred on September 17, 1955 NY.

On the early morning hour of 1:30 a.m. Frank and Eileen Bordes are night fishing in a small cove on the north side of Titicus Reservoir near North Salem, New York. Eileen sees a rose-colored, luminous Sphere about the size of a basketball rise out of the nearby water on the shoreward side of the rowboat, then fall back with a loud splash.

She begins rowing to the shore, then Frank sees something floating on the surface about 600 feet to the southeast of them. It has two parallel bluish-white lights like two wavy, fluorescent tubes about 30 feet in length. Above them is a round yellowish light, somewhat dimmer, apparently attached to a dim, gray UFO that is apparently rotating.

Frank rows his wife to shore, then returns to investigate; the lights at first move off to the east, but then move closer to his boat. Frank decides to pick up Eileen and return to the mooring about a mile away, the lights following along. Finally, they move away to the east again. They are still visible in the water as the Bordes drive away.
